I was searching for MONTHS for the perfect earrings for my dress and all of the ones I found looked really cheap as the silver backing was dull or the CZ was dull. I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars though or get diamonds. These are even more gorgeous and sparkling in person and of amazing quality. I live in the US and shipping was right on time. I searched for the perfect wedding jewelry for a while, and the only jewelry I could see myself wearing on my wedding day was from Poetry Designs. I live in Texas, USA so I was a little worried about shipping from Australia, but I received my jewelry in less than 2 weeks for each order. I accidentally didn’t order earrings the first time and customer service helped expedite my earrings order. Shipping was smooth and customer service is fantastic. My daughter and I were shopping in stores looking for jewellery to complete her wedding ensemble. We could not find anything in our local stores that she was happy with. Later that night I was looking online and came across Poetry Designs. I saw the jewellery set for The Bride - Anya and sent my daughter the information. She immediately responded back saying she loved it, so I placed an order right away.
Poetry Designs worked with me to ensure we got our order quickly. Their customer service was exceptional especially when our Canada Postal Service went on strike right after Poetry Designs mailed out my order to me. They worked with me to ensure we got our order in a timely manner. (Thank you again).
The order arrived today, and I must say, it looks true to how it shows online. The quality of this jewellery looks to be well made and sturdy, but at the same time delicate in looks.
Although my daughter won’t see these pieces up close for another couple of weeks, I truly believe she will be happy with this.
