Standard Delivery

• Cost: Free on Eligible Orders* (or Flat Rate)
• Estimated Delivery: 9 to 12 Business Days for most locations (can extend up to 18 business days for certain countries).
• PO Boxes Allowed: Yes
• Signature Required: No

Priority Delivery

• Cost: Flat Rate
• Estimated Delivery: 4 to 5 Business Days for most locations (can extend to around 10 business days for certain countries).
• PO Boxes Allowed: No
• Signature Required: Yes

Express Delivery

• Cost: Flat Rate
• Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 Business Days for most destinateions.
• PO Boxes Allowed: No (Please contact us)
• Signature Required: Yes (Special arrangement required)

Important Details for Express Delivery: Express Delivery is our fastest, day-definite service. To use this option, please contact our Customer Service team to make special arrangements. If your address is in a remote location, we cannot use Express and will automatically route your package via Priority Service (you will be notified).

How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number. You can track your shipments initially on the Australia Post website. Once the shipment arrives in your destination country, you can use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, NZ Post) for more accurate, last-mile information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Please be aware that all items entering your country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national and state laws. As the buyer, you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and incidental charges incurred (unless otherwise stated below). All shipments are sent with invoices for customs purposes.

• The United States: All shipping duties and taxes are included in your price at checkout. No extra fees upon delivery!
• United Kingdom: VAT is collected by Poetry Designs at checkout for product values under £135.00. If the product value is above £135.00, duties, taxes, and VAT will be collected from you by local authorities upon arrival. (Please note: We do not ship to Northern Ireland).
• European Union (EU): VAT is collected by Poetry Designs at checkout for product values under €150.00. If the product value is above €150.00, duties, taxes, and VAT will be collected from you upon arrival.
• Canada: Shipments entering Canada over $20 CAD will be subject to duties, taxes, and handling fees by Canada Post or the courier upon arrival.
• Israel: Shipments containing items with a total value up to $75 USD are exempt from paying importation taxes. (Please check your local postal website for updates).
• New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway: All shipments are subject to local customs assessment and clearance. The receiver is liable for local VAT, GST, and duties upon arrival.
