We ship worldwide, all orders are processed and sent out in 1 to 3 working days. Some designs depending on complexity of the jewelry and busy time of the year take slightly longer to make, we will keep you informed if the order would take longer than 1-3 business days to process in advance.

We offer three shipping options to choose from, depending on the time and cost please choose the right shipping option that is best suited to your needs. See below to choose you preferred shipping option.

Express Delivery | Speed- Fast

DHL Express Shipping- Delivery Time- 3 to 7 Business Days Avg

  • This is the Fastest, Day Definite Delivery, Recommended for quick delivery.
  • Cannot deliver to PO Box Address

  • If your address is in a remote location, we will send by Priority Service. (You will be notified prior to shipping)

Priority Delivery | Speed- Medium

Shipping Option 2.- 9 to 14 Business Days Avg

  • Priority shipping- Deliver time 9 to 14 business days.
    • Can Deliver only to and Street address.
    • Signature is Required
    • Flat Shipping Rate.

Standard Delivery | Speed- Slow

Shipping Option 3 - Non-Urgent- 12 to 18 Business Days Avg

  • Choose Only if you have the time- Deliver time 12 to 18 business days.
    • Can Deliver to both PO Box and Street address.
    • Flat Shipping Rate.
    • Very Cost effective

Shipments are sent through the Postal Network ( Standard  & Priority) are cost effective option. The Priority delivery transit time is 9 to 14 days depending ( Avg) on your location and Standard is 12 to 18 Business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

DHL- Trackable on DHL Website – Express Service only

Post Express and Standard- The shipments are trackable on Australia Post website and your country post service website like USPS, Canada Post, NZ post, Royal Mail… etc. once the shipment has arrived your country and more accurate last mile information. Customer service- Contact Poetry Designs or local postal service with tracking number.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note all items entering your country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that Country's national and state laws. You as a buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and incidental charges incurred. All items are sent with invoices.

  • We ship to United Kingdom and All European Union Countries
  • VAT collected for merchandise/ product value if below…
    • VAT is collected for UK below GBP 137
    • VAT is Collected for EU below Euro 150
    • United Kingdom- VAT is collected for orders on product value less than GBP 137.00,
      • If the product / merchandise value is above GBP 137.00 the duties and taxes, VAT and other related charges are collected from buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make the payment before receiving the shipment at the destination.
    • European Union Countries- VAT is collected for orders on product value less than  Euro 150.00.
      • If the merchandise / product value is above euro 150.00 the duties and taxes, VAT and other related charges are collected from the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make the payment before receiving the shipment at the destination to relevant companies and authorities.
    • UK and EU countries without additional fees for the value limits mentioned above.
  • New Zealand- All shipments are sent Standard Delivery or Express Post with tracking, if you need your jewelry urgently, (3-5 business days). Kindly contact us and we will provide express shipping rates and information. Note: - GST and duties if applicable will be charged on arrival and you will be notified by the shipping company or the local authorities.
  • Canada- All shipments entering Canada over $20 will be subject to duties and taxes and handling fees by the couriers and Canada post.
  • Switzerland- All Consignments from abroad are subject to customer assessment and clearance, the receiver is liable for customs duties and VAT. All shipments are sent with a tracking number- Visit Swiss Post and DHL Express website for more information.
